Contact us within 14 days with photographic evidence of the fitment issue, including proof that the product was installed by a qualified professional following the correct procedure. We will provide a replacement or solution in line with our fitment guarantee process.

In the rare event a product does not fit your compatible vehicle, and the correct installation procedure has been followed by a qualified professional, we will fully support you. We'll cover the return shipping and provide either a replacement product or a full refund.

Warranty
All Twenty Two Tuning and EXL Design products come with a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects. Merchandise (clothing, accessories) is covered for 6 months. Performance products from third-party brands carry their own manufacturer warranty — check individual listings for details. Custom and made-to-order products are not covered by warranty.
If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, we will repair or replace the product free of charge.
Not Covered
Accidents, improper installation, external factors, normal wear and tear, shipping costs, labour costs for removal or reinstallation, and any consequential loss or damage resulting from the defect.
Making a Claim
To make a warranty claim, you will need to provide: your order number, evidence of professional installation, proof that the issue is a manufacturing defect (not customer damage or misuse), and proof of purchase from Twenty Two Tuning.
Custom Orders
Custom and made-to-order products may be returned subject to a 50% restocking fee. Returns are not accepted on custom items where production is complete and the product meets specification.
Shipping
Free Worldwide Shipping: All orders include free tracked shipping. Import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
Stock & Availability: Items are not always held in stock. Please contact us for availability before ordering.
Receiving Your Order: Inspect items before signing. Do not accept damaged goods, as we cannot cover return shipping costs once accepted.
Import & Clearance: You are the importer of record and responsible for customs clearance. Failure to clear items may result in return or destruction, with any related costs deducted from refunds (if applicable).

All products should be installed by a qualified professional. Twenty Two Tuning accepts no liability for vehicle damage, personal injury, or any other loss arising from incorrect installation, misuse, or modification of our products. Purchase and use of any product constitutes acceptance of these terms, and all risk is assumed by the customer.

Always use a qualified professional to install resin, FRP, and carbon fibre components. Self-installation or using untrained installers is strongly discouraged, as improper fitment can lead to issues that are not covered under warranty.

When your order arrives, please inspect all items immediately. Confirm that everything is undamaged before signing for the delivery. The courier must allow you to inspect the contents—refusing inspection is not valid.

Because of the nature of resin, FRP parts may require extra preparation before painting. This can include sanding, smoothing, and filling minor imperfections. Some paint shops may charge additional fees due to the extra work involved.
It's important to check the painted surface for any pockmarks or uneven areas—these can be corrected during the preparation and painting stages. These characteristics come from the resin itself and are not considered defects.
