Twenty Two Tuning offers free shipping on all products. This covers the initial delivery cost and is already included in your product price – no surprises at checkout!

⚠️ Important: Free shipping does not include import duties, taxes, or customs fees that may apply when goods enter your country. As the recipient, you are the importer of record and responsible for these charges.

⏱️ Delivery Times

1 Standard Processing

Orders ship within 10 business days of purchase under normal circumstances.

We will update you within 48 hours of the exact shipping date for your order.

2 Custom Orders

Custom or made-to-order products can take up to 6 weeks to manufacture. 

3 International Delivery

Most international shipments arrive within 10 business days after dispatch, though delays can occasionally occur due to customs or carrier issues.

💡 Maximum Delivery Window: If your order hasn't arrived within 90 days of purchase, we'll automatically cancel it and issue a full refund. This policy applies only to items lost in transit.

🌍 Customs & Import Clearance

Your shipping carrier typically handles customs clearance automatically. However, they may occasionally need additional information from you. If this happens, we'll reach out to assist you through the process.

🚨 Critical Information: Failure to complete customs clearance may result in your package being returned or destroyed. In such cases:

  • We reserve the right to deny refund requests due to importation failure
  • Returned items incur a carrier-determined return fee, which will be deducted from any refund
  • Items deemed too costly to return will be destroyed with no refund issued
  • You will be informed of any return costs prior to refund processing
