Route Shipping Protection is your comprehensive package safeguard against lost, stolen, or damaged orders. When issues occur during shipping, Route's support team ensures your order is replaced or refunded according to your preference.

Where is my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. For the best tracking experience, use Route's mobile app for visual package tracking and real-time delivery updates.
How does Route work?
If your Route-protected order is lost, stolen, or damaged, Route's support team will ensure it's replaced or refunded according to your preference. Claims are typically reviewed within 1-2 business days after filing.

Is Route Package Protection refundable?
Once your package has safely arrived and Route's service has been utilized, the protection fee is non-refundable. This ensures continuous coverage for all customers.
How does Route process refunds and re-orders?
For Refunds: Route refunds the item's subtotal, shipping, and taxes. The Route Premium cost is not included in the refund.
For Reorders: If items are in stock, Route will place a replacement order at no cost to you, covering shipping, taxes, and Route protection. If items are unavailable, you'll receive a refund for those items.
When should I file a claim?
📍 Marked as Delivered (but missing or stolen):
Wait 5-15 calendar days from the delivery date before filing. Some cases may require a police report.
🚚 Stuck in Transit (lost during shipping):
Wait at least 2 calendar days, but no more than 30 calendar days from the last tracking update. Maximum deadline: 365 days from order placement.
💔 Damaged on Arrival:
Take photos of both the packaging and damaged items, then file within 15 calendar days of the delivery date.
What if my item never arrives or is stolen?
If your order goes missing or is stolen, Green Package Protection has you covered. Simply file a claim with Route here, and they'll resolve the issue quickly.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Route Protection covers shipping-related damage. If your order arrives damaged:
- Take photos of the item and packaging
- File your claim here with the photos
- Route will process your replacement or refund

How do I file a claim for a lost, damaged, or missing order?
Filing a claim is easy:
- Check your email for a confirmation from Route with a link to file your claim
- Use the Route mobile app to file directly
- Visit Route's claims portal with your order number or Route ID
You'll need your store order number or Route ID and the email address associated with your order.
