TTT products are supplied with a 1-year manufacturer's warranty. This covers manufacturing defects that may occur, outside of normal wear and tear. A replacement unit will be issued, or an alternative if the item is discontinued.

Performance Products
For performance parts, please see individual listings as different manufacturers may offer their own warranty durations. Refer to the manufacturer's website for full terms and conditions. If you are experiencing issues, please contact us first and we will do our best to assist you.
Custom Products
Custom and made-to-order products are not covered by warranty. Returns may be accepted subject to a 50% restocking fee. Returns are not accepted on custom items where production is complete and the product meets specification. As custom products are made to order, we do not hold stock. For any queries, please contact our customer support team.
Merchandise Products
Twenty Two Tuning branded clothing, accessories, and other merchandise that does not fall into other categories comes with a 6-month warranty against manufacturing defects (excluding wear and tear). A replacement will be issued, or an alternative if the item is discontinued.

Fitment Guarantee
We guarantee that all products listed with vehicle compatibility have been designed using manufacturer-matched data, precision moulds, or verified test-fitment on supported models. If the item you receive does not fit the vehicle stated on the product page, we will work with you to resolve the issue with priority.
In the rare event a product does not fit your compatible vehicle, and the correct installation procedure has been followed by a qualified professional, we will cover the return shipping and provide either a replacement product or a full refund.
To qualify for the fitment guarantee, you must:
- Verify your exact model, year, body style, and chassis code matches the product listing before ordering
- Have the product installed by a qualified professional following the correct procedure
- Contact us within 14 days with photographic evidence of the fitment issue
- Provide proof that the product was installed by a qualified professional
Exclusions: Custom and made-to-order products are excluded from the fitment guarantee. Please verify all specifications before placing custom orders.
Installation Responsibility
All products should be installed by a qualified professional. We cannot accept responsibility for damage or loss caused by incorrect installation. For example, parts bonded with glue may come loose over time; in such cases, we may offer a replacement depending on the situation.
For UK customers, we recommend professional fitting at our London facility or by an approved garage. Otherwise, we can only provide advice, and all installation risk remains with the customer.
Associated Labour Costs
Our warranty covers only product defects due to manufacturing or materials. Please keep your invoice, receipt, or order confirmation email as proof of purchase for warranty claims.
If a defect is confirmed, we will repair or replace the part free of charge. However, the warranty does not cover:

- Any consequential loss or damage resulting from the defect
The warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
