Custom-specification products (bespoke, built to your own specification) are not covered by warranty.

If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, we will repair or replace the product free of charge.

Not Covered

Accidents, improper installation, external factors, normal wear and tear, shipping costs, labour costs for removal or reinstallation, and any consequential loss or damage resulting from the defect.

Making a Claim
